HIGH RISE RESIDENCE
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS 1999

Sandwiched between a concrete floor and 8 foot high concrete ceiling with little opportunity to manipulate height, a new open plan removes obstructions and condenses the private areas around the existing mechanical/plumbing risers.  A rich pallet of materials were used including, stainless steel, cast glass, and pigmented concrete.

Interiors by Leslie Jones Interiors, Chicago, Illinois. All photographs by Doug Snower Photography, Chicago. General Contractor was Harold O. Schulz Company.
