BEVERLY ART CENTER
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, 2002

This project entailed construction of a new multidisciplinary cultural center on two acres of land in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago.  The new facility comprises approximately 42,000sf of space which includes a new 425-seat performance hall (completed with Morris Architects / Planners), a training theater, a reception room, an art gallery, a dance studio, a tiered choir room, a darkroom, music studios, art rooms,  a retail shop, and a cafe.
