FORMICA EXHIBITION FOR NEOCON

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS 1997

An adjustable louver was constructed from the raw kraft paper backing that is used in plastic laminate production. Shaped as a simple "vee", each louvre blade was manufactured from a hardwood hub and kraft paper laminate stiffening ribs. Hanging hardware and cabling was stainless steel.

This piece was shown at numerous international locations as part of a Formica Corporation travelling exhibit.
