FULLERTON PARKWAY RESIDENCE
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS 1998

Formerly a lightless four story boarding house, this single family home in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood is transformed with the introduction of a four story atrium. Loosely fashioned after a Roman courtyard house, interior bay windows face inward to the atrium and distribute light within.

Developer and General Contractor was The Kissner Company.

Atrium Daytime

Wooden window bays flank either side of the atrium. A series of bridges connects both sides of the house.
