CAMP MADRON LODGE
BUCHANAN, MICHIGAN 1988

The lodge was renovated to include a great room, a dining room, a warming room, and a reading room. The lodge sits near the entrance to the camp and is located near the lake and amongst the ballfields, orchard, and tennis courts.

WARMING ROOM

Located a short distance from the lake, hands and feet numbed by the Michigan winters can find retreat within.

GATHERING ROOM FIREPLACE

An original fireplace becomes the focal point for the refurbished lodge. Large openings flanking the fireplace lead to the community dining room.

READING ROOM

At the lakeside of the main gathering space, a sunken reading room was introduced. With generous windows facing the lake, it's a pleasant space to take in a book anytime of year.
