PRIVATE RESIDENCE
|

|
A Chicago Gold Coast rowhouse was gutted and rebuilt without any interior bearing walls or columns. Daylight was introduced into the interior with a central skylight and is distrbuted throughout the second floor through butt-glazed floor to ceiling borrowed lights. The palette was kept purposefully neutral to defer to the Owner's extensive collection of naive art. Photos by William Kildow. |
