Situated in the Sante Fe Building overlooking Grant Park in downtown Chicago, this 25,000sf full floor office encircles a central atrium. Common work areas and conference rooms are zoned to the inner atrium while private offices are situated along the exterior wall.

Reception

Open to the elevator banks, the wood wrapped reception area overlooks the central atrium. A view of Lake Michigan awaits visitors at theend of the hall to the left.

Atrium from Reception

A view of the atrium as seen from the reception area. Operable glass doors provide after hours security.

Conference Room

The clear glass walls on the atrium side of the conference room provide acoustic privacy while allowing borrowed daylight to the interior.

Office Doors

A continuous glass transom encircles the outer ring of private offices. Doors are paired in extruded aluminum frames at combined office entries throughout.

Hallway

A view of the glass transom-topped offices to the left and the common work areas to the right. The common work areas are shrouded by clear finished medium density fiberboard panels.

Support Areas

Filing cabinets are held below a continous ceiling that is shared by all common work areas on the inner ring.
