LINCOLN PARK RESIDENCE
Overlooking Lincoln Park, a 7,500sf full floor cooperative apartment was gutted and rebuilt in a manner consistent with the prior plan and architectural language. The upper floor apartment is encircled by new replacement windows that capitalize on generous exposures to daylight. Photos by Jun Fujinuma, Wheeler Kearns Architects. General Contractor was BABCO. |

Dining RoomThe dining room's formality is mitigated by diverse seating arrangements. |

Living RoomAs a City of Chicago Landmark property, all windows were replaced to match original configurations, albeit with high performance insulated glass. |

LivingInspired by the low ceiling heights, the shallow profiles of the crown moulding repeat throughout the residence, visually heightening the rooms. |
